Hey there, meal preppers! The recipe for this week is like an Al Pastor Taco in a bowl. You’ll love the smoky, chipotle pork with the fresh flavors of cilantro and pineapple. We make it lighter by using a leaner cut of pork and we cook it in the crock pot to make it easier. You’re going to love it!

MEAL PREP 101
Are you meal prepping your snacks yet? It may sound a little silly, but it can be such a game changer! Especially if you’re trying to kick the habit of grazing- I used to just constantly snack between the hours of 3pm-6pm. Having a prepped snack helps you stick to the plan.
It can be as easy as just picking a protein bar and putting it in your bag or on your desk. Or you can get a little fancier and make something and pack it in containers- just make sure whatever you prep has some protein in it! That’s what will keep you feeling full until dinner.
Here’s some great snack ideas:
Protein bars- a true classic. I love these AM RX bars!
Chomps meat sticks + a piece of fruit + nuts
Chomps meat sticks + a larabar
Hard boiled egg + hummus, carrots, crackers
