I have TWO new recipes coming at you today. Both of these recipes are made for meal prep and are sure to become staples in your meal planning rotation. I can’t wait for you to make them.

MEAL PREP 101
Last week, we talked about how meal prep can help you when you have upcoming travel plans. You can also meal prep for your day of travel! The airport is the worst, and while healthy options are becoming more available, they’re ridiculously expensive. I always bring my own snacks, and sometimes meals, with me.
Here’s some ideas for you that are easy to transport and won’t get swiped by TSA:
Baked Oatmeal Bites (today’s recipe is a perfect grab and go option!)
Hard boiled eggs and a piece of fruit
Protein bars
Meat sticks
Cut veggies (baby carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, etc) with a small container of guacamole or hummus
Nuts or trail mix
