Happy Thursday! It is Thursday, right? The holidays are such a blur, but I hope everyone is having a great time celebrating!
If your holidays are anything like mine, there’s been a lot of delicious food, cookies, drinks, and not a lot of vegetables. So right now I’m craving something light, veggie and protein packed, but still super delicious.
This Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice is just what you need. It’s flavorful and delicious and so easy to make. Bonus- it’s kid friendly too, so you only have to make one meal!
