1. When does the newsletter come?
Every Thursday, but you can access all previous recipes and meal plans anytime! Just head here for the archive of recipes.
2. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Monthly plans can cancel any time. If you have an annual plan, you can cancel anytime so that it doesn’t auto renew.
3. What meals do the meal plans include?
One breakfast recipe, one lunch recipe, and three dinner recipes.
4. Where do I find the meal plans?
At the bottom of each recipe post, there is a PDF attachment that has the meal plan. Just click to download it.
5. I have a food allergy/ preference. Are these meal plans for me?
All of my meal plans are gluten free. Many recipes are dairy free or include a dairy substitution. Many recipes are Whole30/ paleo. I include substitutions for many ingredients in recipes.
6. I’m having trouble accessing the paid subscriber material.
Make sure you are logged in to the correct email address!
7. I’m not receiving emails.
There are a few reasons why this may be happening. First, check your Spam folder. Next, you can do an email test here, that might fix it. You can also check out this article for information on how to clear an email block.
8. How do I cancel?
You can take care of it in your settings for your Substack profile. This article shows the process step by step. Or you can always just email me and I’ll take care of it for you!
9. What is your refund/ cancellation policy?
Because this is a digital product, I do not offer refunds. So before you subscribe, look through the recipes title to make sure they align with your taste, and unlock a post for free to get a preview!
You can cancel at any time and you will no longer be billed. You will have access until the end of your billing cycle (monthly subscribers billing cycle is one month, annual subscribers billing cycle is one year).
I did not receive my weekly email. I did the test email and it got it and did all the other trouble shooting option...Still Nothing. Any other suggestions?
I need to cancel my subscription please. How do i do that
