Happy Thursday, meal preppers! I love this recipe because it’s one of those ones that you really can’t mess up. And it’s super easy. Perfect timing for coming into the third week of January… your motivation may be dipping a little bit, so now is the time for a super easy, simple meal prep.
I call it a “spicy” sausage sheet pan, but of course you can make it as mild as you want. You can also have it as breakfast! Add a fried egg on top and you’ll be in heaven.
