Happy Thursday! I’ve got the perfect recipe for you this week if you’re feeling tired of all of your regular meal preps. It’s done in 30 minutes, it’s high protein and packed with healthy veggies, and it tastes like takeout.
This Pineapple Fried Rice is going to become a quick favorite and a recipe you’ll make over and over again. Everyone loves fried rice, but we give it a little makeover with sweet caramelized pineapple, crunchy cashews, added hidden veggies and lots of easy to cook protein with ground turkey or pork. My husband is not a big fruit guy and he devoured this.
