Happy Thursday, Meal Preppers! I love tacos. I love fries. So let’s put them together! This recipe is kinda like healthy nachos on top of homemade French fries. I mean, what could be better?!

Well what’s better is the fact that you can make it in 30 min and it’s high protein, low in calories and fat. You can even make it Whole30.

This recipe makes a great meal prep or a dinner! I love that you can customize the toppings to make it family friendly for everyone to enjoy. This is sure to be a new favorite!
