Hey, happy Thursday! I’m so excited to share this recipe with y’all. It’s super easy to make, takes just one pan and actually gets better throughout the week. It’s the perfect meal prep!
You’re going to love the flavors on this one. We take a normal fried rice and add more flavor and more protein with sweet and spicy Korean style ground beef. And if you aren’t typically adventurous when it comes to food, I encourage you to try this one out! It’s not spicy at all and the flavors are relatively mild. I think you’ll really love it.
