Hey hey happy Thursday meal preppers! I’m so excited to share this recipe with you today. These Korean Style Beef Bowls are soooo good. If you’re not typically an adventurous eater, don’t worry! Think of this as a kinda spicy, kinda sweet, saucy ground beef with a fresh cucumber salad. The flavors are delicious, but not super exotic.
And the best part- it comes together in just 25 minutes. It’s so easy to make. And of course, full of protein and macro friendly. I just know it’s going to become your new favorite meal prep.
