Happy Thursday meal prep fam! The recipe for this week is so easy and delicious. It may seem a little weird- I was definitely skeptical at first. Topping chicken with hummus? And then baking it????
But trust, the hummus makes a yummy little crust and the chicken comes out flavorful and juicy. We make it a full meal by adding veggies and potatoes to the sheet pan so you have a super easy and tasty one pan recipe. Top with a little feta (if you want) and it is *chef’s kiss* delicious.
