Happy happy Thursday! I’m so excited to share this recipe with you all. It’s one of my easiest ones, and if you know about my recipes, you know that’s saying something.

This Honey Ginger Chicken tastes just like Chinese takeout but way lighter, gluten free and high protein. The sweet, sticky sauce is so yummy and flavorful and comes together so easily.
