This Egg Roll in a Bowl is such a timesaver- there’s minimal chopping and everything cooks in one pan so you have less dishes. It tastes like your favorite take out treat but we pack it with 33g of protein, tons of veggies, and make it Whole30 friendly.
It’s always my go to meal prep when I don’t have much time or I’m feeling lazy. It’s so easy, takes just 25 minutes to prep, and it always hits the spot.
