It feels weird sending a healthy, Indian curry recipe out on Thanksgiving day. But trust me, in a few days, when you wake up out of your turkey and mashed potatoes coma, you’re going to be looking for something exactly like this recipe.
It’s so easy to make- literally dump the ingredients in the crockpot and let it do its thing. The flavors are sure to be a nice break from all the traditional Thanksgiving foods, but still comforting and delicious.
In the meal plan, we’re also making my Whole30 Chicken Pot Pie Soup, which you can make with leftover turkey if you like. The meal plan for this week can be made all Whole30, too- if you’re looking for a little reset.
