Happy Thursday, meal preppers! It’s been freezing here in Austin, so you know that means it’s time to bust out your crockpots for delicious, hearty, super easy meal.
This Crockpot Beef Stew is so comforting and full of flavor. I’m lazy, so I hate how most beef stew recipes make you sear the meat first. We’re not doing that- and trust me, you won’t miss it at all. I made sure of it by making the broth of this stew super flavorful and tasty, so you can skip that annoying step.
So this recipe is a true “dump and go” crockpot recipe, which makes it so easy. It’s also Whole30 friendly, and like all of my recipes- high protein and veggie packed!
