Happy Thursday, meal prep fam! The perfect spring/summer recipe is here. This Creamy Pesto Pasta uses alllll the best summer produce (basil, zucchini, tomatoes) with one of my favorite sauces, but we make it high protein and with less fat by using cottage cheese.
If you’re a little weirded out by cottage cheese- SO AM I. But trust, when you blend it up with these delicious pesto ingredients, it makes the most perfect creamy, yummy sauce.
