Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
Croutons:
3 slices bread of gluten free bread
1 tbsp oil or melted butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp parsley
6 slices of bacon
Ranch dressing:
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp milk, or more to desired consistency
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp parsley
1/2 lb turkey
1/4 lb ham
3 slices of cheese
1-2 heads of romaine lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Cucumbers
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a longer piece of foil than needed to cover the baking sheet. Create a divider down the middle by tenting the foil.
Cut the bread into cubes. Add to one side of the baking sheet.
Add the oil and seasonings to the croutons and mix.
Add the bacon to the other side of the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, until the bacon and croutons are crispy.
While it bakes, mix the ingredients for the ranch dressing. Chop the veggies, cheese, and deli meat.
When the bacon and croutons are done, allow them to cool and chop the bacon.
Store the ranch and croutons separately, until ready to eat.
LAZY VERSION
Use store-bought croutons instead of making your own.
Use store-bought ranch dressing instead of making your own. I like Bolthouse Farms Greek Yogurt Ranch.
STORAGE
Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers, like these.
Store the ranch separately. I like using these containers.
Store the croutons separately. I just use a ziploc bag!
