Chicken Quesadillas

Happy Thursday! It’s the end of the school year for us and I’m feeling just a bitttt all over the place. So we’re in need of a healthy, comforting meal that I know everyone will just eat and not complain about.
The Chicken Quesadillas are super easy, meal prep friendly, and kid approved. You can meal prep them for quick lunches for the week or have them as a yummy week night dinner.
We make these quesadillas macro friendly with added veggies and a high protein dipping sauce that tastes great on the veggies and the quesadilla! It’s quickly become my new favorite meal prep.
