I have been making this on REPEAT and you will too. It’s been a lifesaver during our kitchen renovation. It’s so easy, so good, and actually a totally balanced meal.
The best part? It only takes 20 minutes and can be made completely in the air fryer!
Chicken Caesar Pizza Wrap

Ingredients:
4 oz Real Good Foods chicken strips
2 tbsp Greek yogurt Caesar dressing (I used Bolthouse Farms)
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 tbsp pizza sauce
Large tortilla (I used Mission GF)
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Air fry 4 oz of Real Good Foods chicken strips at 350 for 12 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp Greek yogurt Caesar dressing to 2 cups of shredded lettuce. Toss to coat.
Make the pizza by spreading 2 tbsp of pizza sauce to a large tortilla (can use gluten free, carb balance, whatever!)
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese on top.
Remove the chicken strips from the air fryer and add the pizza. Cook for 5 minutes at 375.
Chop the chicken strips.
When the pizza is done, add the lettuce and chicken strips, wrap, and eat!
