Servings: 4 servings
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Toppings: tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, romaine lettuce, ranch dressing, blue cheese, buffalo sauce (these are examples, you can be creative!)
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
Tortillas
Instructions:
Prep your toppings. I chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion. I used pre chopped romaine lettuce and tossed with ranch dressing (I used Bolthouse Farms Greek yogurt ranch)
Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce to 1 lb ground turkey. Mix well.
Spread an even layer onto each tortilla.
Add the tortilla with the meat side down onto a hot skillet. Smash the taco down.
Cook for 2-3 min, then flip and cook another 2-3 min. Make sure it’s cooked through!
Top with veggie toppings, blue cheese, and more Buffalo sauce!
NOTES
If you don’t feel like doing the “smash” bit, you can just cook the ground turkey with the garlic powder and paprika. Add the buffalo sauce when it’s finished. Serve like normal tacos.
To store leftovers, just cook the remaining meat and serve as normal tacos the next day.
