Happy Thursday and Happy Halloween! Chicken wings are the best, so let’s put all the flavors of wings into a healthy, super easy lil one pan recipe.

This recipe is a perfect one for you to make after all of the craziness of the holiday dies down. It’s sooo easy, delicious, and comforting. But of course, we make it lighter and protein packed so you can feel good about it.

It would even be a great one to make for dinner tonight, if any of you overachievers want to run to the store and get on it. It would be the perfect base before a night of trick or treating!
