Hey hey happy Thursday! I don’t know about you but my social media is filled with everyone summering in Italy and having the time of their lives. I am very much not in Italy but I’d like to pretend I am so let’s make some Bruschetta Chicken Pasta!

Bruschetta is one of my favorite foods in the world so I wanted to make a meal prep friendly, macro friendly way to enjoy it. This dish is so light, summery and flavorful but high protein and veggie packed. You’re going to want to make it every day.
