Yay! It’s Thursday! Serious question, who doesn’t love dumplings? They’re one of the best foods on the planet, but they are not super easy to make and it’s really hard to find a good gluten free option.
So I had the idea to make a kind of dumpling in a skillet- all the delicious flavors of dumplings, but without the fuss of making them! Just throw all the ingredients in a stir fry and in just 30 minutes, you’re left with a delicious, flavorful, juicy noodle dish that is high protein, veggie packed and can be made gluten free.
