BBQ Burger Bowls
ugly but delicious
Hey, happy Thursday meal preppers! This recipe isn’t the most beautiful, but I promise it is delicious. I love a big ol’ bowl loaded with goodness and this one delivers.
It has the flavors of a juicy BBQ burger but in bowl form, so it’s meal prep friendly. It has everything you could want- lean ground beef, roasted sweet potatoes and veggies, all topped with cheese, BBQ sauce and pickled jalapenos. It’s beyond tasty but macro friendly so it’s perfect for those summer goals.
