This Asian Chicken Salad is going to be the light and refreshing meal you’ll be craving. My idea for this recipe was the flavors of a poke bowl, but in a chicken salad- and I totally nailed it.
If you love the flavors or sushi and poke (sesame, ginger, spicy mayo 🤤) you’re going to love this recipe -especially if raw fish freaks you out.
